We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Business Development Team and assist our service team in booking service appointments. The ideal candidate will possess and demonstrate the following core values:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Promptly answering phones and emails in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring every customer's experience is as pleasant as possible
- Generating appointments for the service department through timely follow-up of incoming calls and electronic communication, along with making outbound calls and electronic communication with customers
- Ensuring accuracy of customer information on file
- Managing customer relationship software (CRM) for both the dealership and Toyota Canada
- Assisting with other administrative tasks
- Continual learning and education
- Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators of the dealership and Toyota Canada

The ideal candidate will also have the following qualifications and requirements:

- A passion for giving each customer a customized and great experience
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills with customers and team members
- Enjoying a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with a computer-based scheduling environment, customer relationship management software, and easily learn new software
- Willingness to continually learn and improve skills
- Valid class G driver's license with no major convictions
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10am to 7pm, Friday, 8am to 5pm

This position offers a competitive salary range of $36,000 to $49,500 per year, depending on experience.
