This seasonal, part-time or full-time position involves providing superior service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise, and sharing detailed information about products. You will also have the opportunity to meet individual and team sales goals, while working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional results.

We offer a competitive base salary of $25.00 per hour, plus commission on sales. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance (full-time team members), as well as paid time off and holidays. You will also have access to tuition reimbursement, including DCA courses based on position, and training opportunities through our Associate Training System, Management Training System, and District Manager in Training programs.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewellery experience. A positive, customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills are essential. You will also need flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
