Savers is a thrift store chain that operates in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Our mission is to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature.

We supply our stores with gently-used items donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse.

Our brands include Savers, 2nd Ave, Value Village, Unique, Village des Valeurs (in Quebec), and Savers Australia.

**The Role**

As a Retail Store Associate at Savers, you will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring excellent customer service and supporting store operations.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support store operations, including receiving donations, processing sales, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
