Job Title: Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Code Guru. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support analysts and providing expert technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of technical support analysts to ensure excellent customer service and technical support.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues using ITIL best practices.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior technical support analysts to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and database software.
