Technical Support Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Code Guru. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support analysts and providing expert technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of technical support analysts to ensure excellent customer service and technical support.
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues using ITIL best practices.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent technical support.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an IT environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ITIL certification, and proficiency in MS Office and Windows.
