Job Title: Technical Support Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Team Lead to join our team at Code Guru. As a Technical Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and supervising a team of technical support analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions
- Supervise a team of technical support analysts and provide guidance and training
- Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of ITIL and database software
