Your Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative automation solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

">Key Responsibilities">

  2. Develop and implement automation solutions: Utilize your expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering to design and develop complex automation systems that meet or exceed customer requirements.">
  3. Leverage technology: Stay up-to-date with leading-edge technologies and apply them to solve real-world problems and improve efficiency.">
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineers, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and deliver exceptional results.">
  5. Lead by example: Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and industry trends.">
  6. Maintain quality standards: Ensure all projects meet or exceed quality expectations and adhere to regulatory requirements.">

  • ">
  • Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in mechanical design, engineering, or equivalent.">
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in mechanical design engineering with working knowledge of electrical design, in an automation environment.">
  • Technical skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or similar drawing packages, as well as MS Office.">
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.">

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and RSP matching.
