At ATS Automation, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Automation Solutions Designer. This is a critical role in the design and development of world-class automation solutions.

We're looking for someone with strong programming, mechanical, and electrical problem-solving skills who can contribute to machine concepts, control software design, integration of software with electrical and mechanical systems, process development, and machine installation at customer sites worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with leading-edge technologies and processes, including PLCs, PCs, robotics, motion controllers, vision systems, lasers, and other controllers.

Our ideal candidate will have a post-secondary engineering degree, diploma, or equivalent specializing in mechanical, electrical, systems, or computer engineering. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for success in this role. A self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision is also required.
