Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with global and regional leadership to drive business growth and support the development of our strategic plan.
  • Commercial Excellence: Collaborate with the Vice President, Strategy and Sales Operations to develop and execute our commercial excellence strategy, including the introduction of new products and services.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and provide proactive sales and marketing solutions to optimize our growth and transformation.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by exploring new technologies, business models, and market trends.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Identify and assess potential strategic initiatives, projects, and partnerships that align with our strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience in development, design, and business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the equipment finance industry, including experience in project management, business development, or business strategy.
  • Skills: Strong business relationships with professionals from the equipment finance industry in Canada, bilingual (English & French) spoken and written, and proficiency in business strategy and project management.
