Job Title: Supervisor - Luxury Retail

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Tapestry. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service Expert: Develop and maintain a loyal client base by providing personalized service and building strong relationships.
  • Leadership Presence: Lead by example and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Building Brand Equity: Ensure that our brand standards are met and maintained, and that our clients have a positive experience in our stores.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and loss prevention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury retail or a comparable environment
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
