Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Advisor to join our team at Armani Group. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an exceptional client experience that represents the Armani brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of merchandising and client relationship strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Develop a client base and build strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Provide product knowledge and share information about new products and promotions to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operate with integrity, have a strong team mindset, and be results-driven to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
  • High School diploma/GED preferred.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
  • Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred.
  • While not required, Mandarin and Cantonese are considered a strong asset.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
