Retail Sales Leader | Armani Group

As a pivotal figure within the Armani Group, you will be part of a dynamic leadership and sales organization that you will guide and energize daily. Your role will involve aligning the entire team towards maximizing sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, nurturing talent, and ensuring the store operates with both efficiency and effectiveness. Your ability to merge entrepreneurial flair, enthusiasm for the brand, and a deep understanding of the luxury retail sector with strong organizational capabilities will significantly enhance both client and associate experiences.

In your capacity as a Retail Sales Leader, you will also contribute to marketing and client engagement strategies. Your consistent presence on the sales floor will promote excellence in client interactions and ensure that team members receive immediate coaching. You will play a key role in shaping and executing store strategies that foster trusting relationships with clients and associates to enhance revenue. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication is disseminated throughout the team.

To thrive in this position, you must lead by example with integrity, collaborate effectively, exhibit intellectual curiosity, be strategic, and navigate through change while being results-driven. As a member of the management team, you will also be tasked with driving personal sales as well as those of your team.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar retail management role Preferred educational background includes a College/Post-Secondary degree Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to influence partners and motivate direct reports Proficient in Retail Systems and Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Flexible availability to work various schedules, including holidays, evenings, and weekends While not mandatory, proficiency in Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other languages is considered a valuable asset
