Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor acts as a vital link between the management team and sales associates, playing a key role in the daily functions of the store while inspiring the team to surpass targets. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this position provides essential support and coverage in the absence of the Store and Assistant Managers. Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a retail apparel setting; experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
  • A demonstrated ability to effectively lead a sales team and be recognized as a leader among peers.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems, daily financial reconciliations, and timely report submissions.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation

The base pay for the Retail Operations Supervisor position ranges from $22.68/hour, depending on location and experience level. The hourly rate is determined by market conditions and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
