About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a General Manager at Giorgio Armani. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing an exceptional client experience, and building strong talent within the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and demonstrate integrity, collaboration, and a results-oriented approach to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates, drive revenue, and ensure effective communication throughout the team.
  • Manage the end-to-end operations of the store, including labour and supply budget, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales management trainings and presentations, and provide input on merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies.
  • Provide daily leadership on the sales floor to understand the business and use insights to improve store performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of experience in a similar retail management field.
  • College or post-secondary degree preferred.
  • Experience with buying and merchandising is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence partners and motivate direct reports.
  • Proficiency with retail systems and office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other language skills are considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to travel when required, both domestically and internationally.
