About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to join our Capital Markets team. This is a unique opportunity to lead complex initiatives, drive business growth, and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in large program delivery to build and lead high-performing teams, delivering projects on budget and driving productivity and quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to address regulatory requirements, business development requests, and manage relationships as appropriate.
  • Represent TD externally through industry, vendor, and regulatory meetings, promoting TD's vision and expertise.
  • Develop and execute the vision, roadmap, and strategy for change delivery across multiple business lines, platforms, and jurisdictions.
  • Foster a culture of rapid collaboration, influencing stakeholders at all levels to solve complex issues effectively.
  • Prioritize talent acquisition and development, acquiring and developing diverse talent with progressive skillsets and expertise.
  • Provide leadership, direction, advice, and guidance to the team, maintaining high levels of integrity, motivation, and morale.

About You:

  • 15+ years of experience within a financial markets context, with strong knowledge of capital market products, trade desk environments, and risk infrastructure processes.
  • Able to influence and collaborate effectively, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution, with a domain expert level in Large Program Delivery, Delivery Services, Portfolio Management, and Business Management.
