About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Nursing & Homemakers Inc.

Job Description
  • Greet patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate appointments, scheduling, and confirmations, maintaining accurate records and updates.
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain financial records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Provide directory assistance, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other standard office software.
  • Bondable and able to maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
