Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Nursing & Homemakers Inc.
Job Description- Greet patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate appointments, scheduling, and confirmations, maintaining accurate records and updates.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain financial records.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Provide directory assistance, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other standard office software.
- Bondable and able to maintain confidentiality.
This is a full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
