We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Jack R. Bowerman, CPA - Professional Corporation.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with an estimated salary of $65,000-$85,000 per year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries;
  • Sorting, processing and verifying applications, receipts and other documents;
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically;
  • Compiling data, statistics and other information;
  • Preparing invoices and bank deposits;
  • Providing general information to clients and the public;
  • Photocopying and collating documents for distribution, mailing and filing;
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory;
  • Filing material in storage area;
  • Labeling, filing and retrieving documents;
  • Locating and removing files requested;
  • Organizing and scheduling office work;
  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines;
  • Answering telephone and relaying telephone calls and messages;
  • Answering electronic enquiries;
  • Maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative support role;
  • A Bachelor's degree;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of database software and electronic schedulers;
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
