Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Jack R. Bowerman, CPA - Professional Corporation.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position with an estimated salary of $65,000-$85,000 per year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries;
- Sorting, processing and verifying applications, receipts and other documents;
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically;
- Compiling data, statistics and other information;
- Preparing invoices and bank deposits;
- Providing general information to clients and the public;
- Photocopying and collating documents for distribution, mailing and filing;
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory;
- Filing material in storage area;
- Labeling, filing and retrieving documents;
- Locating and removing files requested;
- Organizing and scheduling office work;
- Determining and establishing office procedures and routines;
- Answering telephone and relaying telephone calls and messages;
- Answering electronic enquiries;
- Maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative support role;
- A Bachelor's degree;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of database software and electronic schedulers;
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
