We are seeking an exceptional Network Security Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and passion for innovation.

Job Description

  • Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain IFC's network security controls, including perimeter security, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), and zero-trust networking technology.
    • Lead the administration, operations, and tasks of the team of engineers to drive the vision and goals of IFC and the leaders above the role.
    • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams, third-party vendors, and contractors to identify potential issues and resolve existing problems.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in technology/software engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in leading a team of up to 10 resources.
    • 5+ years of experience in working in network security roles (engineering, analysis, or design).
    • Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and standards around ZTA.
    • Secure network protection experience utilizing security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SASE, DDoS.
    • Ability to communicate regulatory requirements as it pertains to network security controls to other colleagues.
