  • At SAFETY FIRST SECURITY SERVICES INC., we seek a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to lead our team of security professionals. This leadership role requires a strong understanding of security protocols and the ability to effectively supervise and manage a team of security guards.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting progress reports, and resolving work problems and providing technical advice.
  • Additionally, the Security Operations Manager will supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security guards, train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Responsibilities
    • Leadership
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 security guards
