Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team at Disability Solutions. As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of insurance policies and vehicle registrations.

Your primary responsibilities will include verifying assets have proper insurance and registration, reviewing and processing external insurance policies and registration documents, and proactively engaging with insurance agents and customers to rectify non-compliant policies.

You will also be responsible for addressing insurance and registration cancellations, escalating insurance delinquencies, and securing confirmation of insurance for assets ineligible for the Loss Damage Waiver program.

In addition, you will handle insurance renewals, manage expired insurance reports, and provide prompt and informative responses to customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience and operational knowledge built on some formal education in a business or finance-related field. You must be dedicated and motivated to learn, grow, and work hard as a self-starter, independent, and accountable individual.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
