About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamic Sales and Account Management Specialist to join our team at BioPoint, Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through proactive account management and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  2. Sales and Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue through proactive account management, product knowledge, and effective communication with customers.
  3. Account Management: Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring timely order fulfillment, resolving any issues or concerns promptly, and maintaining accurate records.
  4. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College and/or University degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong attention to detail.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience.
