About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Firehouse Subs. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and editing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining inventory, managing supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our office and other departments, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our staff members on new procedures and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of our administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
