About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Elder Tree Montessori. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between staff, parents, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other administrative documents.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as preparing reports, coordinating events, and developing policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
