About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our staff, clients, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, financial records, and other sensitive information.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to access to information and privacy.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including financial reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our staff to achieve our goals and objectives, including participating in meetings, providing input on projects, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
