Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Services Officer to join our team in Prague. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality support.

About the Role:

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer enquiries via various communication channels.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers, guiding them through their journey from initial enquiry to final sale.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM systems.
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs as set out by the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service environment.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (B2) and Czech (C1).
  • Secondary school leaving certificate.

Additional Requirements:

  • This is a part-time position, working 17.5 hours per week.
  • Shift work on weekdays and Saturdays is required.
  • The successful candidate must have a pre-existing right to live and work in the Czech Republic.

Salary Information:

Our salary range for this position is approximately 152,080 CZK gross per month.
