Ambulatory Medication Specialist

At PeaceHealth, we're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires collaboration with medical clinicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient care through medication management.
We're committed to providing comprehensive care, focusing on the well-being of our patients. As an Ambulatory Medication Specialist, you'll be responsible for working closely with our team to achieve this goal.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing drug-therapy education and training to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Mentoring pharmacy students, residents, and technicians.
- Serving on committees as requested and contributing to decision-making processes.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school. A Doctor of Pharmacy degree is preferred.
