At PeaceHealth, we're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires collaboration with medical clinicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient care through medication management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing drug-therapy education and training to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Mentoring pharmacy students, residents, and technicians.
  • Serving on committees as requested and contributing to decision-making processes.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school. A Doctor of Pharmacy degree is preferred.
