Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team at Millennium Tower in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing nursing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and evaluating outcomes. You will also work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing assessments and develop personalized care plans for residents
- Administer medications and evaluate patient outcomes
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care
- Diploma in Practical Nursing from a recognized program
- Current full practicing licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
- Certificates in CPR and First Aid
- Recent experience in gerontology or palliative care (minimum 2 years)
This is a casual position with a competitive hourly rate of $43.30 - $51.00 per hour, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
