About the Job


This role is a key member of our Ambulatory Care team, responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.



Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Care Unit Support Specialist to join our team at 600 West 10th Avenue, Vancouver, BC.


The successful candidate will have:



  • A Grade 12 diploma and completion of a recognized Nursing Unit Clerk Program or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • One year's recent, related experience in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and software applications.

The estimated salary for this role is $48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
