Job Description:
As a dedicated LPN, you will provide expert and compassionate care, upholding established clinical standards. You will support individualized care plans for clients as prescribed by their physician or nurse practitioner, maintain accurate and confidential client health records, and administer services including immunizations, flu clinics, and more.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Graduate of a recognized LPN program
* Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 and CPR C certification
* 1+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
* Strong commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care
