Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team at Cansel. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive online commerce strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our business development and ecommerce teams to identify opportunities and build campaigns to reach business results. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and growth in online commerce and digital marketing
  • Developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, including online advertising, organic content, social media, email marketing, and landing pages
  • Optimizing online performance with initiatives to enhance user experience, including e-commerce, rich content, SEO, and content creation
  • Defining, measuring, and optimizing key performance indicators to ensure brand awareness, traffic, conversion, and customer retention
  • Using advanced analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and make strategic decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8 years of experience in marketing/e-commerce in a B2B environment
  • A degree in marketing or information technology
  • A strategic mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong focus on achieving goals and results-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bilingualism in spoken and written French and English
