Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

Walter Surface Technologies is seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our brand team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing communication initiatives that enhance our company's brand image, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling and engaging content for various channels, including website, email campaigns, press releases, and marketing collateral, aligning with brand guidelines.
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and key stakeholders to secure and develop positive coverage and enhance the company's reputation.
  • Develop and execute onboarding content for new employees, manage marketing content and distribution with field sales team, and develop and distribute newsletters/success stories.
  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of product launches to ensure a consistent brand presence with literature/collateral/press release production.
  • Lead the production of the WALTER catalog, collaborating with product managers, graphic designers, and printers to ensure accurate and engaging content.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, monitor competitors, and provide actionable insights for continuous content improvement.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent academic background and two years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working in a B2B industrial company and knowledge of B2B content marketing strategy would be an asset.
