We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Marketing Specialist to join our team at Lightspeed. As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue through our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute scalable marketing plans to raise brand awareness and support demand generation programs for our distribution partner sales team in NoAM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner communications, internal and external sales enablement materials, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and localize partner sales enablement tools and customer-facing sales content.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of partnership marketing programs.
  • Build and maintain engagement with key NoAM partners.
Requirements:
  • Passion for technology and B2B marketing.
  • Experience developing partner-facing programs, communications, and working within the channel and partner community.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and consistently meet objectives on time.
  • Proven capacity to excel in a fast-paced, multi-faceted team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Work experience in marketing within high-technology companies.
  • Hospitality, retail, or eCommerce B2B experience.
  • Fluent in a second language: German, French, or Dutch.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
