We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server/Bartender to join our team at SSP Canada, operating within the Victoria International Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role- Greet guests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout their dining experience.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail when handling payments and making change.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food with precision, adhering to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health standards and performing general cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Prior serving experience required, preferably with Smart Serve certification.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills, enabling effective communication with guests and colleagues.
- Familiarity with basic mathematical concepts necessary for operating a cash register, making change, and counting bank.
- A competitive salary of $17.66 per hour, plus tips, reflecting the unique demands of this role.
