**Job Summary:**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Family Practitioner to join our expanding primary care network in Sidney. The practitioner will be the most responsible primary care provider for a minimum patient panel as described in the New-to-Practice (NTP) Contract.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide general care and opportunities in maternity and palliative care
- Work collaboratively with other network doctors to cover clinic hours and participate in community hospital care at the Saanich Peninsula Hospital
- Be responsible for after-hours care for patients attached to the practitioner and participate in on-call rotations
- Participate in the management of the clinic, provided by the Shoreline Medical Society
**Benefits:**
* Competitive salary of $**220,000 - $250,000 per year**, negotiated with clinic overhead* Benefits include patient home visits, Fast Track Program and Long Term Care visits* Opportunities for professional growth and development within a collaborative team environment
