We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hospitality Floor Attendant Specialist to join our team at B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, motel, or resort floors.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure they are clean and free of debris;
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and tidy environment;
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure they are clean and free of dust and dirt;
  • Make beds and change sheets to provide a comfortable sleeping environment for our guests;
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to our guests upon request;
  • Stock linen closets to ensure that we have a sufficient supply of linens and toiletries;
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment;
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure they are safe and clean for use by our guests;
  • Handle and report lost and found items to assist our guests in locating their missing belongings;
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service;
  • Provide basic information on facilities to our guests to ensure they are aware of the amenities available to them;
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment;
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to provide a clean and hygienic environment for our guests;
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position;
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred;
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential;
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role;
  • Able to lift, bend, and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time;
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
