About the Role

Prestige Colors is seeking a highly organized and reliable Painters and Decorators Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our painters and decorators, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule painting and decorating projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of painters and decorators, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being carried out to the highest standard, and address any quality issues promptly.
  • Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and that the work environment is safe and secure for all employees and stakeholders.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the painting and decorating industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high level of reliability and integrity.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and in dusty environments. They will also be required to work in a variety of locations, including construction and maintenance sites.
