Decorating and Painting Project Manager

Prestige Colors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painters and Decorators Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule painting and decorating projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of painters and decorators, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Resource Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards and that health and safety regulations are being followed.
- Cost Management: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring that budgets are met and that costs are minimized.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that expectations are managed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the painting and decorating industry.
- Work Environment: The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and in dusty conditions.
- Work Setting: The role will involve working in a variety of locations, including construction and maintenance sites.
