About the Role

Prestige Colors is seeking a highly organized and reliable Painters and Decorators Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating activities of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and decorators to ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Project Management
    • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Work Environment
    • Ability to work outdoors and at heights.
    • Ability to work in a dusty environment.
  • Work Setting
    • Experience working in construction and maintenance environments.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Organized and reliable individual with excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
