About the Role

Prestige Colors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painters and Decorators Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule painting and decorating projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of painters and decorators, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects successfully.
  • Resource Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support painting and decorating projects.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that painting and decorating work meets Prestige Colors' high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all painting and decorating projects are conducted in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that painting and decorating projects are completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating, with a proven track record of supervising teams and managing projects.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in dusty environments.
  • Work Setting: Experience working in construction, maintenance, and various locations.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, reliable, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
