Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Role Summary
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Sophos, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with key enterprise accounts in the Pacific Northwest. Your key objectives will include generating and pursuing leads to meet sales quotas, collaborating closely with customers to develop and execute strategic engagement plans, and leveraging our channel partners to achieve enterprise-wide deployment of Sophos products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage a pipeline of enterprise account sales opportunities, qualifying and forecasting pipeline accurately.
- Manage the sales process through closure, continued development, and retention of key accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve quarterly sales goals and build strong relationships with key buyers and influencers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of strategic customer accounts' business to align Sophos solutions with customer desired cybersecurity and business outcomes.
- Negotiate terms of business with customers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal groups to generate and deliver winning contract bids, proposals, and statements of work.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience working with decision-makers in large organizations, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, buyer personas, and decision-making processes.
- Ability to be seen as a trusted advisor to senior executives and build strategic account plans.
- Exceptional opportunity discovery and deal qualification skills, value proposition presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Solid technical acumen and strong cybersecurity knowledge.
- Experience selling through and with channel partners, and ability to thrive in a team selling environment.
