B.C. Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also determine and establish office procedures and routines, plan and develop recruitment strategies, and provide customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role. They will be fluent in English and able to work 30 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating events and meetings
  • Developing and implementing office procedures
  • Providing customer service
  • Assisting with recruitment efforts
