About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Supervisor to join our team at Beautyplus brow studio. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that our high standards of customer service and quality are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Evaluate and optimize daily salon operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise a team of beauty professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments and manage salon finances to maintain a healthy bottom line.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are always available to meet customer demand.
  • Staff Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all salon staff are aware of and adhere to basic security clearance procedures.
  • Transportation and Travel: Ensure that public transportation options are available for staff and customers.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that requires attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and team collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
