Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Manager to join our team at Beautyplus brow studio. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beauty shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget control.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth, including advertising and promotional activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a beauty shop or aesthetic service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

Our beauty shop is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth. As a Beauty Salon Manager, you will be required to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
