- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective schedules, ensuring seamless delivery of services and optimal use of resources.
- Hire, Train, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of beauty professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
- Address Customer Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage schedules for beauty services, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing downtime.
- Authorize Payments and Returns: Process payments and returns, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
- Resolve Issues and Conflicts: Address any issues or conflicts that may arise, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of beauty professionals, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal use of resources.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of products and supplies.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train new beauty professionals, ensuring they meet company standards and expectations.Supervision and Team Management
- Team Size: 3-4 beauty professionals
