About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Supervisor to join our team at Beautyplus brow studio. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that our high standards of customer service and quality are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Evaluate and optimize daily salon operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of beauty professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all products and supplies are readily available when needed.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque and resolve any financial issues that may arise.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all salon staff are aware of and adhere to basic security clearance procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
