Job SummaryThe Beauty Salon Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, hiring and training staff, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily tasks to ensure that all responsibilities are met.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Authorize payments by cheque and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Basic security clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
The Beauty Salon Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
