Job Summary:

The Beauty Salon Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Establish work schedules and authorize payments by cheque
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient workflow
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Permanent employment
  • 32 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

The Beauty Salon Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
