Key Responsibilities- Provide HR advice and guidance to internal clients on a range of HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that align with the company's business objectives and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, communications, and other initiatives that support business outcomes.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, benefits information, and performance management records.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices that support a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a financial services industry.
