Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to internal clients on a range of HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that align with the company's business objectives and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, communications, and other initiatives that support business outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, benefits information, and performance management records.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices that support a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation, including employment standards, labor relations, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and results-oriented work habits.
