Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual (French/English) Employee Relations Manager to join our Financial Services team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to department managers on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level HR support to employees on matters related to Employee Relations.
  • Coach and educate department managers on HR Policy, compensation, time off, performance management, terminations, and Leave of Absence management.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a related field.
  • High-level knowledge of employment legislation.
  • 5 years of HR Generalist experience.

  • Salary range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year.
