About the Role

As a key member of our Indigenous Banking Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and developing top talent from Indigenous communities.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition to make a meaningful impact on our organization's diversity and inclusion goals. You will work closely with our Indigenous Banking team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that meet the needs of our Indigenous clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top Indigenous talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous community leaders, organizations, and networks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition needs and develop effective sourcing plans
  • Source and assess candidates using diverse interviewing and assessment techniques
  • Provide trusted advice to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices and strategies
